Since we manufacture your order individually for you based on your desired configuration, a right of withdrawal is unfortunately excluded. We hereby follow the legal regulations on the right of withdrawal and return for distance contracts. (§ 312 g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

 

Despite extensive and secure packaging of your order, shipping damage can unfortunately never be ruled out 100%. If there is already visible damage to the packaging when you deliver it, check the contents in the presence of the deliverer if possible.

 

If you notice damage in this case, we would ask you to photograph the damage with your mobile phone and refuse to accept it. Of course, it can also happen that damage, for example due to strong vibration, is not visible from the outside and can only be determined after receipt and when unpacking the shipment. Please record the damage using two meaningful photos and contact us immediately with the damage pictures.
